Incompatible Browser

Microsoft's Internet Explorer 10, which comes with many new Windows 7 or 8 computers, is incompatible with FNB Oxford's Online Banking software. Internet Explorer 10 can also be installed on a Windows Vista or Windows 7 computer as part of an automatic update. If you have a message in the upper left of FNB Oxford's website, you are currently browsing the internet with the incompatible Internet Explorer 10.

As of November 7, 2013, Internet Explorer 11 has been released. You can update to Internet Explorer 11, which will work with FNB Oxford's Online Banking Software, by running Windows Update. If you still have trouble accessing our Online Banking site, you can call us during normal business hours.

This tutorial will help you to install an alternative compatible browser quickly and easily so you can access Online Banking again in 3 easy steps. You can also call us during normal business hours for help with installing Chrome.

Step 1 - Identify your browser.

Do you already have Google Chrome or another browser installed?

The first thing you'll need to do is make sure you don't already have another browser installed. If you have another browser, such as Chrome, Firefox, Opera, or Safari, you can simply use one of those browsers to access your Online Banking. Look for one of these icons to the right on your Desktop or in your Start Menu. If you find one of these icons, you can double-click on the icon to open the alternative browser and simply go to with the other browser.

Step 2 - Download Google Chrome

Installing Google Chrome is easy! Simply click on the download link to the right. You may need click Run and/or Allow. This will start the download and installation of Chrome. This process can take a few minutes depending on the speed of your internet connection. Once it has completed, you will have a shortcut icon for Google Chrome on your desktop.

Step 3 - Log in to Online Banking

Google Chrome is now installed. Double-Click on the icon on your desktop or click on the icon in your Start Menu to browse the internet with Chrome. To get to our website, just type in in the Address Bar at the top and hit Enter on your keyboard to go to our website. To log in to Online Banking, type in your username in the top-left box and click Log In.
