Google Play App Account Deletion Request
Once we are able to prove your identity, we will inform you if you are eligible to request the app account deletion.
To request app account deletion, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the app.
2. Select the Messaging function.
3. Select the subject Account.
4. In the body of the message, tell us you want to delete your app account.
If you are eligible and decide to move forward with your request, please note:
- You will not be able to access the customer account portal at fnboxford.com or this app.
- Your deletion will be effective as soon as our staff can fulfill your request and cannot be undone.
- You will be logged out on all devices.
